PR 2007/31A - Addendum

Addendum

This Addendum amends Product Ruling PR 2007/31 to include additional land available for the Project.

PR 2007/31 is amended as follows:

1. Paragraph 36

Omit the second dot point; substitute:

·

 Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for the Early Season Apple Project, received 4 June 2007;

·

 Additional correspondence received 28 May 2007, 4 June 2007 and 8 June 2007;

2. Paragraph 39

Omit '95 hectares'; substitute '97 hectares'.

3. Paragraph 42

Add the following dot point:

·

 Volume 1095, Folio 32, known as section 360, Briers Road;

4. Paragraph 48

Omit the second sentence; substitute:

The offer made under the PDS is for 97 hectares which corresponds to 388 Applelots in the Project.

This Addendum applies on and from 11 April 2007.
