SECTION 1337F  APPEALS  

1337F(1)  [Appeal from Federal Court]  


An appeal may not be instituted from a decision of the Federal Court to:


(a) a State or Territory court; or


(b) the Family Court.

1337F(2)  [Appeal from Capital Territory courts]  


An appeal may not be instituted from a decision of a court of the Capital Territory to:


(a) a court of a State or the Northern Territory; or


(b) the Family Court.

1337F(3)  [Appeal from State or Northern Territory courts]  


An appeal may not be instituted from a decision of a court (not being a State Family Court) of a State or the Northern Territory to:


(a) the Federal Court; or


(b) a court of another State or Territory; or


(c) the Family Court; or


(d) a State Family Court of that State.

1337F(4)  [Appeal from Family Court]  


An appeal may not be instituted from a decision of the Family Court to:


(a) the Federal Court; or


(b) a State or Territory court.

1337F(5)  [Appeal from State Family Courts]  


An appeal may not be instituted from a decision of a State Family Court of a State to:


(a) the Federal Court; or


(b) a court of another State or Territory; or


(c) except in accordance with the law of the State under which the State Family Court is constituted - the Supreme Court of that State.
