The bidder may send a document to a holder of securities for the purposes of this Chapter at the address shown for the holder in the information given to the bidder by the target under section 641 . This section does not limit the address (including the electronic address, if any) to which the document may be sent to the holder.
Note: Section 109X makes general provision for service of documents.
