Schedule 1 commencement
means the day on which Schedule 1 to the
Corporate Law Economic Reform Program (Audit Reform and Corporate Disclosure) Act 2004
commences.
Schedule 4 commencement
means the day on which Schedule 4 to the
Corporate Law Economic Reform Program (Audit Reform and Corporate Disclosure) Act 2004
commences.
Schedule 5 commencement
means the day on which Schedule 5 to the
Corporate Law Economic Reform Program (Audit Reform and Corporate Disclosure) Act 2004
commences.
Schedule 8 commencement
means the day on which Schedule 8 to the
Corporate Law Economic Reform Program (Audit Reform and Corporate Disclosure) Act 2004
commences.
