SECTION 1337G  

1337G   COURTS TO ACT IN AID OF EACH OTHER  
All courts having jurisdiction in:


(a) civil matters arising under the Corporations legislation; or


(b) matters referred to in subsection 1337B(3);

and the officers of, or under the control of, those courts must severally act in aid of, and be auxiliary to, each other in all those matters.
